Donald Traugh Junior of Danville was part of the historic non-stop around the world of the Lucky Lady II in 1949

This week’s podcast shares the story of Staff Sargeant Donald Traugh Junior of Danville. He was part of the fourteen man crew of the Lucky Lady Two, a B-50 bomber which flew around the world nonstop in 1949. Five years earlier Traugh had spent a year in a German POW camp after being shot down in a bombing mission.
